IndieX Film Fest Annual Awards 2026 has officially announced the guest speaker lineup for this year’s Industry Panel, taking place on May 30 at Regal LA Live in Los Angeles.
Bringing together filmmakers, producers, and creative voices from different backgrounds and disciplines, the Industry Panel is one of the live highlights of the festival, offering audiences an open conversation about independent filmmaking, storytelling, production, collaboration, and building creative careers across today’s evolving entertainment landscape.

This year’s panel will feature:
Anne Williamson (Ireland)
Director of the nominated short Bridget, receiving its USA Premiere at the festival. A longtime theatre director and head of the Fionn MacCumhaill Players drama group in Ireland, Williamson brings decades of experience in stage productions, actor collaboration, and community-rooted storytelling.
Greg H. Sims (USA)
Veteran producer and entertainment executive whose career spans independent film production, distribution, artist management, and music industry development. Sims is the executive producer of One Last Drive, starring acclaimed actor Arthur Roberts and receiving its North America Premiere during the Annual Awards showcase.
Janelle Christa (USA)
Award-winning filmmaker, actress, and IndieX alumna whose projects Transcendent, Liminal, Wish, and this year’s nominated short Our Father have become standout entries across multiple editions of the festival. Her work blends experimental filmmaking with emotionally grounded themes and visually expressive storytelling.
Joshua Mueller (Germany)
Writer, director, producer, editor, and cinematographer behind the nominated shorts Clocking Out and The Boy & The Wolf, which will receive its World Premiere during the event. Mueller’s work explores emotionally driven storytelling through low-budget independent filmmaking and his ambitious interconnected project Six Short Films.




The 6th Annual IndieX Film Fest features 65 films from 18 countries across 11 screening blocks and 3 auditoriums, alongside the Industry Panel, cocktail reception, red carpet photo call, press interviews, and the Annual Awards ceremony.
