Annual and Monthly Recognition

The official IndieX Film Fest trophy was originally created for winners of the IndieX Annual Awards and is presented free of charge to recipients attending the in-person Annual Awards event.

Recognizing that some filmmakers wish to commemorate achievements earned during the monthly competitions, personalized official trophies are available for purchase by monthly award winners and nominees. Annual Award winners who are unable to attend the ceremony may also order a personalized trophy through this page.

Eligibility

Official trophies are available exclusively to IndieX Film Fest Annual Award winners, monthly award winners, and monthly nominees.

Each trophy is personalized with four engraved lines featuring the title of the recognized project, the name of the recipient, the award category, and the month and year of recognition.

Ordering and Engraving

Monthly award winners and nominees, as well as Annual Award winners who are unable to attend the in-person ceremony, may order a personalized trophy through this page.

After placing your order, please email us with the exact information to be engraved and your U.S. shipping address. Our team will contact you to confirm the engraving and delivery details before the trophy is produced.

Please allow approximately three to four weeks from confirmation of these details for the trophy to be produced and delivered.

Annual Award winners attending the in-person event receive their official trophy free of charge. Engraving details will be coordinated directly with the recipients before the ceremony.
