Ghosts of Things to Come

Ghosts of Things to Come follows Nate, a man in his late 30s, haunted from a lifetime of horrible visions and dreams, which he now believes to hold the answers for survival from an oncoming apocalyptic event.
Nate begs his twin sister, Brenda, to return to their childhood home, where we first see them. Emotionally drained, from her own life and witness to a entire life of delusion and paranoia, she is skeptical of Nate’s proposal and plan. But despite her doubts, she’s drawn deep into his world of chaos.
As emergency sirens blare and the outside world descends into panic and chaos, Nate convinces Brenda to follow him into the cave, a place where they use to play as children, and that now he belives to be their only path to survival. The two race through the forest as the blinding light of the apocalypse engulfs them.
Brenda finally chooses to trust her brother, stepping into the cave with him as everything around them collapses. The lines between delusion and reality blur, and the siblings face an uncertain fate together.
