In the fall of 2019, I moved to Tiger Mountain Family Nudist Park in Issaquah, WA, about forty-five minutes from downtown Seattle. Branded as a ‘family-friendly nudist park,’ I quickly realized it was an ill-managed old skool nudist colony and started documenting.
It felt like a very Walden-like experiment. On one hand, I had fresh mountain air and spring water on tap. On the other hand, I felt like Laura Ingalls Wilder when left to my own devices when the taps stopped working.
Not the worst way to hang out during a global pandemic and definitely worth a watch. You’ll leave stunned, especially if you are an environmentalist.
