In Indiana, high school basketball is king. In 1992, the Kokomo Lady Kats made sure the Queen reigned supreme. Kokomo High School had two high school gyms. The boys played in one of the largest gyms in the nation, Memorial Gym, while the girls played in a tiny gym across town. These girls took the court with a fast, physical style of play that this blue-collar town fell in love with. Their goal was a State Championship. Thirty years later, this team takes a look back at what they actually accomplished.
