Headspace

Headspace is a very artistic and interruptive film, acting as a visual and poetic display of the emotions some of our generation deal with. It does this by expressing the mental struggles of an 18 year old boy experiencing and dealing with the troubling time of being a teenager in quarantine. This film touches on the topic of mental health declining and social media pressures as well as the weight of growing up.

Directed by Jacob David McNulty (USA)
