Running low on budget, the city decides to sell off its trees to a logging company. Cole (a depressed, academics/internship-obsessed teenager) is interning at the firm and is tasked with finding the trees to chop down. When he bumps into Hally (an old friend from grade school) at a “SAVE THE TREES” protest, he decides to trick her into leading him to the best trees hidden away in the outer regions. However, as he grows closer to Hally he starts regaining his older self and values. He is faced with a dilemma… Will he change and risk his internship to protect his decency & his friendship with Hally?
