Let Life Happen

An autobiographical account of one day in a young man’s life when he was forced to make a painful decision, to choose one parent’s welfare over the other’s when he placed his father in a senior care facility.  His personal “Sophie’s Choice,” so to speak, but as painful as that experience was, the film is also about moving forward and the personal discovery back from that day.  The acceptance that there is no right or perfect way to life, neither mothers, fathers, sons or daughters come with a book of rules, it’s a |”learn as you go on- the-job training.”  At the end of the day, it’s about the circumstance you are given and the choices you make that counts.

Directed by Daniel Bolero Zaldivar (USA)
