This initiative has proven more discriminatory towards age and cognitive diversity resulting in the prolonged unemployment of a software engineer with more than 20 years professional experience in the industry.

Regardless of his profound abilities and career accomplishments, he must now conform with the hiring initiatives focusing exclusively on race and gender, as he undergoes a sex change to have a fair chance in getting an interview and securing her career for the future.

This is a true story based on true events which may be offensive to some viewers.

This is a true story on how companies use their Diversity and Inclusion initiative as a tax deductible marketing campaign with no intention of advocating for equality. Violations of both Title 42, United States Code, §12112 (b)(6) and Title 29, United States Code, §623 are the most preventable cause to homelessness in America.
