A psychological-experimental drama short:
MAZ has sealed herself off in a bunker at the end of the world, and has been there for an indeterminate amount of time. She is on her final rations, is at the end of her tether and has been hallucinating.
As per her background and family especially, she has been brought up with staunch religious and image conscious values, typical of the East Asian society she has been raised in. This is in direct conflict with what she actually wants and who she wants to be. She has externalised this conflict as two figments from her past, PA, her pious, assertive father; and BARBARA.
MAZ approaches an impasse as she decides whether or not to take the ultimate risk by leaving the bunker, but by doing so, she will finally be free from the worst part of herself, becoming someone no longer tied to familial pressures.
