Disarmed explores the public’s belief about the relationship between the cops and the community in a “Cops vs Community Rap Battle,” a real-time convo-concert and video shoot featuring a KC based rapper and KCPD. One cop and one rapper will square off. The topic? Reconciliation. This film is a musical short that was filmed using real police officers and real members of the community.
