Logline: Layla’s need for control and hyper-efficiency is derailed as she increasingly senses someone or something is watching her.

Synopsis: Set in present-day Los Angeles, Note to Self follows a young woman who has developed coping mechanisms to regulate an increasingly anxious mind. As Layla is confronted by situations in which she senses an anonymous onlooker, her reliance on routine-control is hindered by her fear of exposure. Note To Self presents an authentic representation of one woman’s struggle to accept an uncontrollable world.
