Alex gets kicked out of her parents’ house because she stole from them. She moves in with her sister Samantha, who’s getting married. While living at Samantha’s house she steals their grandmother’s necklace which was gifted to Samantha by their mother. Samantha disinvites Alex from her wedding. This is Alex’s last attempt at getting re-invited to her sister’s wedding and making it up to her.
