This is a story in the village. This is a story about people in the village. Guo and Pao are childhood friends and neighbors. Yet their friendship almost breaks for just that half-meter when building their new houses. The conflicts escalate, bringing tears, laughter, and memories. But, little do they know, that half-meter becomes the key to a new emerging friendship…Spoken in Hokkien, the story shows the authentic appearance of a Southern Fujian village in the director’s memory.
