How the arts can bring clarity to your mind
In this documentary we interview 5 people who are highly invested in the arts, from singing, dancing painting, and art as a whole.
Some people we interviewed also struggle with their mental health from depression OCD or having struggles with body image. We ask these 5 people why can the arts be so beneficial to their wellbeing and help them cope and express themselves when they are feeling vulnerable or in a dark place. We find out that even a passion you love can come with set back but it can also make you more motivated and more determined to overcome their mental health issue.
